House Reservations

We have decided to try out Teamup, an easy calendar/scheduling tool to reserve time to use the house. We figured a shared calendar would make it easy to see what dates are available so we can all plan our weekends better! If it works, great! If not we can always try out another option.

There can only be 8 calendar users, so each family has been designated one account. If you check your email you should see a link inviting you to join the calendar. The group leader can share their username/password with kids (ex. Beth can share with Sophie, Anna and Ingrid) so they can reserve time as well.

The Group Leaders: Grandma, Grandpa, Peter, Nancy, Steph, Jeff

Instructions:

• Login with your family specific username and password

• Check the calendar for availability

• Following the instructions from Teamup, add in the days you are planning on using the house

• If you decide to change your days/not go up, please remember to delete it from the calendar so someone else can use it

• If you do not need the whole house/are willing to share you can make note on your “reservation”
